As of Minecraft 26.1, Java 25 or higher is required. Java 21 will no longer work.

Add lava-harden flag for cobblestone/stone/obsidian/basalt forming.
Replace PigZapEvent on Paper to avoid startup warnings.
Avoid unnecessary NPC checks to improve performance in some situations.
Filtered "multiple regions" messages in commands to only show regions that the player has permission to use the command on.
Fixed potential corruption that can occur in extreme region / slow hardware setups where it hasn't finished saving by the next save attempt.
