• improved the way flags are parsed
  • Any region will overwrite effects of the same type of the parent region.
  • Regions with higher priorities will overwrite those with lower ones.
  • Any other effects will receive the highest level available at the location.
  • 0 values will remove the effect
• fixed wrong effect name on /region info
