Bukkit

This second release fixes a few minor issues from the original, and adds some new structures to generate. The underlying code base was cleaned up and simplified a bit, consolidating some repeated code for easier re-use.

What's New

• Generation of additional simple items such as Huge Mushrooms, Sugar Cane (reeds), Water Lilies, Pumpkin Patch, and Swamp Tree.
• Generate a Nether Fortress. You can even make them in the overworld!
