NPE bug fix. Along with: Fixed towny hook and added factions hook. A new message was added that at the moment can only be changed in the config not gui which is waitmsg which is the "WarmUp" message along with the new one from the last update which is cmdused which is the message sent during warmup if the player tries using a sign/command again before they get teleported. And once again this includes nether and end support you just add the world names to the config like any other world

CPU spikes when /wild is used a temporary fix is download world border make a border then do /wb fill and let it fill once it is done you can delete world border
