Ok well after several weeks of battling errors I got the GUI to work. The perm for the is the for setting wild.wildtp.set Also /wildtp add now works for adding worlds or potions. Other than that nothing new some clean up in the code. Opening the GUI prevents you from sending messages to the public until you either have set a value or click the redstone block.

CPU spikes when /wild is used a temporary fix is download world border make a border then do /wb fill and let it fill once it is done you can delete world border
