Ok so lets start this off. First some minor bug fixes. Well one thing I forgot to mention with the last version is that if the sound is wrong it prints what you put as the sound in the config so that when you report it to me I can instantly tell you why it isnt working. This version includes /wildtp set coo and cost ontop of every thing from the previous version. And now you can set the cooldown and cost message

CPU spikes when /wild is used a temporary fix is download world border make a border then do /wb fill and let it fill once it is done you can delete world border
