    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Can't create the sign "[WebAuction] deposit 100"

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    [WebAuction] You do not have permission

    What version of the product are you using?
    0.6.4

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I have add the permission: wa.create.sign.deposit but it doesn't working.
    I use PermissionsEX.
