What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.im useing enjin hosting
2.i placed the edited file in a new folder i made on the files tab in the admin cp of my site
3.i poined the html to go with it and all it does is start downloading the files and not showing the gui

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i was hopeing for the gui but all i get is the download of the file i uploaded

What version of the product are you using?
currant versions of bother simplehelptickets and the web gui

Do you have an error log of what happened?
