Fixed incorrect documentation on chunk overrides in the default configuration
Reworked permissions (wdl.overrideXXX is now wdl.override.XXX, for instance).
Added * permissions.
Removed a spammy debug log message relating to range compaction
Permission requests are still very much a work in progress. You currently will not receive a notification when a new permission request occurs, but you can still accept and reject them. Either occasionally run /wdl requests list or rely on players telling you when they submit a request.
Extensions providing chunk overrides are taking a bit longer to finish up than I thought, mostly due to version changes between plugins. Give them a bit of time and they'll be finished soon. (There's also some performance issues which I'm looking into)
