Rewrote in an attempt to make it easier to add additional features, not to mention easier to understand the code hopefully. Changed the permissions, updated the homepage.

Not all features currently work - please tell me which ones are not and I will fix them!

Updated version, fix for attempts to use commands from console.

Fixed a load malfunction with plugin.yml ordering

Fixed dynMapSupport: false errors that were occuring lemme know if they are gone.
Another attempt to fix at falling through the world.
Fixed dynmap support to delete the waypoints on /waypoints delete now.

You must delete the config.yml for this file, it should convert the old save file to the new one, if it does not CONTACT ME and I'll fix it for you.

When teleporting to a chunk that has not been loaded yet sometimes you will fall through the earth. Just retype /wps go <yourwaypoint> before you fall to far and you should be fine.
