Changelog

fixed the bug where is would spam chat with useless messages and lag out the server                                             made it so that when you click with a water bottle it uses up 2 of the water bottles and 1 becomes a normal water bottle so players can keep making potions and brewing and also that the other 1 becomes dirty or clean water
