[ADDED] Translations (this will only affect stuff a client is able to see)
[ADDED] command /vshop reload - this will reload the translation, the shops.bin and respawn all villagers.

Setup information

The config.yml only contains some language strings. Just drop the jar in your plugins folder and it should work
Don't forgget to give yourself permission to create shops ;)

Removing the plugin might remain ghost villagers in case you did not remove them before.

Please use CraftBukkit 1.7.2-R0.3 or higher to run this plugin

Try reloading the server twice before reporting a bug that might be fixed by this.
