[FIXED] redundant check that prevented removing item when a shop is fully stocked (thx, drewnewman)

Setup information

There is no config.yml, just drop the jar in your plugins folder and it should work
Don't forgget to give yourself permission to create shops ;)

Please use CraftBukkit 1.7.2-R0.3 or higher to run this plugin

Older versions seem not to work!

Also try reloading the server twice before reporting a bug that might be fixed by this.
