What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place a regular piston facing up
2. Place a sticky piston facing any direction
3. Place a block on the sticky side
4. Power the normal piston, then unpower it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The normal block attached to the sticky piston should stay with the piston since the piston wasn't pulled down. The block goes down even if the sticky piston isn't moved down.

It's intended if you replace the normal piston with the sticky piston.
