What steps will reproduce the problem?
1./vault 1
2.Put an item in it then close it
3.Open it again and your items arnt in it again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the items to stay so you can retrieve them but they just disappear.

What version of the product are you using?
1.0.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?

I have this same issue

But its funny that it's 2 years after and it's still happening
