    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.I do /pexrank help
    2.I type /pexrank [username] [rank]
    3.It tells me that I cant do that and asks if PEXrank is enabled

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I want it to rank me to owner

    What version of the product are you using? 1.19.5

    Do you have an error log of what happened? I can't find one.

    Please provide any additional information below. Nothing extra, just help me
