Perms file not working please help #16

    Basically when i do /rank jag0k owner it comes up with this :

    ru.tehkode.permissions.exceptions.PermissionsNotAvailable: Permissions Manager is not accessable. Is the permissionsex plugin enables?

    Now basically im confused, what do i do to be able to have permissions and owner prefixes etc
