Changelog

uSkyBlock 3.7.1 is a maintenance and bug-fix release. It replaces 3.7.0, which has been withdrawn, and includes all of 3.7.0's changes.

Warning: if you ran 3.7.0

  • 3.7.0's one-time region repair reset every island region's owners and members to uSkyBlock's own records. Normally, this should not change anything. However, a few edge-cases exist, especially for older legacy servers. 3.7.1 guards against those.
    • Owners or members added directly through WorldGuard commands (/rg addowner, /rg addmember) may loose region access.
    • On servers behind a proxy, island files that still hold offline-mode UUIDs from an old (2016) name-to-UUID conversion may loose access to their regions.
  • If either applies, restore your WorldGuard region data from a backup taken before 3.7.0's first start. This also undoes any other region changes made since, such as party, trust and lock changes. Then delete plugins/uSkyBlock/data/island-region-repair.done, so 3.7.1's repair runs once.

Fixes

  • Island bans and locks now also apply on the nether island: teleports, /is ban, /is lock, and respawning at a bed or anchor there. A player added by hand only to the island region is kept out of a locked island's nether region.
  • The "Banned" and "Locked" messages now always show.
  • Deleting an island now also removes its nether region.
  • /is info, /is level and /usb island info no longer fail silently.
  • /usb island info|protect|remove|ignore|get|set <player> and /is limits <player> work again (broken in 3.7.0).
  • Island menu buttons the player can't use now show as unavailable, instead of answering a click with "You do not have access". The island log button shows its description again. (#230)
  • options.island.autoRefreshScore works again (broken since 3.2.0; off by default).
  • No more "manual (plugin-induced) save" warning at startup. (#220, reported by @Modis85)

One-time nether region repair

  • At the first start, each nether region gets its island's lock, and the nether regions of deleted islands are removed. Owners, members and island-world regions are not touched. It runs once, in the background.

Under the hood

  • 26.3 is now in the build's supported version list, matching the release pages.
  • Test harness improvements, Crowdin and AI translations, dependency updates.

Upgrade: Drop-in from 3.6.x - no config changes required. From 3.7.0, see the warning above.
