Adds

• + after a defined level of your Pet you spawn a Tamed Wolf and a Ocelot
• + added UseLanguage to config

You now can change them very easy by using in Configfile

Improvments

• Plugin now creates a folder from his own
• The File Reader & Writer process has become optimized
• You can now see offline players Pet, too.
• Spawned Pets will now be delet if there owner leave the Server.

Fixes

• fixed PetInformations.csv not loaded Error

The English Language Pack isnt Perfect.... I know i will improve it as soon as possible :)
