Version 1.1 - Now ExpBanks show the number of stored levels on the last line in the format: "xx.yy Levels" Version 1.0 - Initial version

You can't break blocks around the ExpBank, I made it this way so players couldn't break the block where the Sign was sitting, but I should look for a better way to achieve this.
