    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Join a game with 2 players.
    2.Kill a player with fire.
    3.Winner is stuck and cant use commands/chat.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Nothing

    What version of the product are you using?
    I was try it dev1.9.3b and Beta 1.9.2

    Are you using a Spigot 1.8 patch build?
    Spigot 1.7.10

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No Error

    What other plugin(s) do you have on the server?
    GroupManager, Vault, WorldEdit, Multiverse-Core, AutoSaveWorld, SurvivalGames, Essentials, EssentialsChat, EssentialsProtect, EssentialsSpawn, EssentialsAntiBuild

    Please provide any additional information below.
    If last player die with fire this bug will be. Sory for my bad english

    What do you mean they can't use commands or chat? Does it say "Cannot send chat message" in the player's chat? Does it broadcast the game being won by a certain player?
