What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that players can open the center chests once they are released from spawn, but when they rush to the center, they are unable to open them. They are also unable to use the crafting table in the center as well.

What version of the product are you using?
Survival Games version beta 1.9.4

Are you using a Spigot 1.8 patch build?
I believe not.....

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No. No errors.

What other plugin(s) do you have on the server?
Vault, essentials, world edit, world guard, and various other plugins, that wouldn't really affect this.

Please provide any additional information below.
The chests in the center are ender chests. At first I thought this was the cause, but then the players told me they could open other ender chests around the map. Also: PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO EDIT THE MAPS!!! Every time I try to edit my map, it says something like, "This is a survival games arena" or something along those lines. Please help with both of these issues. Thanks.

Hi, In the server.properties you have to put the spawn-protect 0 for no spawn protection
