1.9.2 (the newer version has a glitch where the permissions don't work when you set it for a group)

As you saw in this http://imgur.com/UD4K18L when I do a command it gives all that excess messages, and I have no idea how to take it off, it wasn't there before. And I have used this plugin before with no problem. Thanks
