What is the issue?
Everyone on the server can access /spy and /socialspy when only staff is suppose to be allowed access to it

Please provide any additional information below.
For a while now we have been trying to fix this but removing the perm from the pex groups by '- -' still gives access to socialspy to non-staff groups and we have also tried other methods but none fixes the problem

Which permissions plugin do you use? Do you have vault installed, if so which version?

Bug confirmed, altough this should only happen when you don't have a permissions plugin and vault installed.

I do have vault and i use PermissionsEX, i have the latest version of vault im sure, we did just do a server plugin manual update but Vault 1.5.6

We have no way of stopping them using uc.spy like i try '- -' which blocks the permission from that group but it still allows them to use it
