What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding the barriers for Slabs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Before when i did this long ago the Slab barriers worked and stopped cars from running off the side of the road and getting stuck (that was about a year ago.) Now when i try cars go straight over the slabs (Refer to my YouTube video located in the additional section.)

What version of the product are you using?
I have used both plugin versions 1.72 as well as 1.8
I am running using bukkit version 1.7.2 R-3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Their is no errors associated with this bug.

The video doesnt work (is private) but I can tell you now, since then slabs were added as elevator blocks and if you want to remove that functionality for barriers that wasn't supported. Try using the latest version from (Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.) http://storm345dev.ci.cloudbees.com and tell me please if it's fixed! :)
