a minecart                                        nothing

I have ucars and uplanes installed also

Update uCars, uPlanes and ucarsTrade to the latest version from (Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.) http://storm345dev.ci.cloudbees.com, also update ProtocolLib and check in the console for an error.
