Fixed an error that would occur when trying to activate SaveLocation in a world that did not exist on server start (for example, when /mvimport or /mvcreate was used). Bug reported by: BukkitDev-ramsydk

Updated for 1.1-R4

The logger messages do not display [SaveLocation] in the console. This seems to be an error with Bukkit.
