B V3 Changes/ Updates

1. PLUGIN NOW TELLS PLAYERS THE CORRECT ROLE!!!!
2. Ability to Add custom msgs that are sent to players (custom server msgs Coming soon)
3. Separate chat from those ingame and those dead or not playing
4. Dead players can fly and are invisible
5. /TMTArenas was added, allows players to see all created arenas
6. Bug fix with Permissions not Working
7. Other small misc bug fixes
