Added:

a config file.in the config you can change the knockback enchanting level.

change command, first it was /trollstickget and now is it /get trollstick.

if you place a sign with [trollstick] on it, it will change to a sign that you can click, if you do that you wil get the trollstick (to place a sign you need the permission "troll.place.sign" to use the sign you wil need the permission "troll.use.sign").

if you sneak you will become inviseble

if you sprint you will get a speed boost
