• edited "/spank" command (target will lose 2 healthpoints now)
• edited "/trap" command (target won't be able to break blocks while trapped now, so the target can't escape :P)
• edited "/tptroll" command (added german lore to the tptroll item which will be shown when the language setting is set to german)

Added commands

• added "/popup [player | all]" command
• added "/sky [player] [time]" command
• added "/abduct [player]" command
• added all 3 new commands to the Troll-GUI

Added permissions

• added permission "troll.popup"
• added permission "troll.sky"
• added permission "troll.abduct"

Fixes

• fixed major bug with the "/troll [player]" command
• additional bug fixing
