* Added new command: /troll enchant
* /troll enchant assists in finding the correct enchantment in case of misspellings, etc
* /troll attachcommand now runs the specified command at the player's location and uses the original issuer's permisions

* Fixed issue with explosions breaking /troll display's glass
* Changed /troll effect's GUI element to a Book & Quill
* Fixed some keywords in the search
* /troll effect now makes effects last forever and refreshes them if they aren't present
