Cant create additional tribes for non staff players #2

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1./t new tribename chiefonline
    2.
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Should create a tribe with Chiefs name as leader

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.3.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Get error saying you must be 500 blocks away from spawn, but I'm MUCH further than that.

    Please provide any additional information below.

    I shall look into this tomorrow after school. I do not have time to do it tonight. But there should hopefully be a fix out tomorrow, if i remember.

    Just waiting for approval on the file. The bukkit dev staff are stretched hard to go through the source of each and every file which gets submitted. It shouldn't be too long.
