can be looted by every player

Features

Normal Treasure: You see the items when you open it for the first time

Unlimited Treasure: You see the items when you open it every time
(dispensers/droppers can dispense/drop unlimitedly)

Random Treasure: You see a random selection of the items. Can also be unlimited!

Shared Treasure: Instead of having a personal inventory for every player, all players share the same treasure inventory.

Forget-Time: You can access a treasure again... after the forget-time has passed.

Custom messages: (found first time, found again, is unlimited)

Some treasures are for some ranks.

Create Treasure Groups to perform operations on a bunch of treasures at once!

Add special rewards:
- Money using Vault
- Experience, Health, Hunger, Air
- Potion effects!
- Fly for some time
- Spawn mobs in a region! Or exp bottles or whatever
- Teleport to a region
- Create explosion at some location
- Place redstone torch at some location
- Restore a region using WorldEdit's snapshots
- Execute a command... normally, or let console execute it, or make player OP for a sec.
- Broadcast a list of messages
- Bankrobber, cannot be looted, until looter is killed
- TODO: Permission reward
- TODO: Lightning reward
- TODO: Fireworks reward
- Score reward

Notes

Protection

You can't access Treasure Chests that are protected by other plugins.
Unless you use the ignore-protection command.
You can't break, burn or blow up Treasure Chests.
Unless you use the delete command.

Fake Inventories

Players always see a personal "fake inventory" to prevent others from stealing.
This "fake inventory" is temporary. So don't expect something like a private chest.
Players also see a "fake inventory" with shared treasures. But it's not personal. First come, first serve!

Use the peek command to open the real inventory.

Ranks

Use lower-case letters, in the configuration and permissions. Also see the How-To page.

TODO

Fix issues if there are any.
Add features when issues are fixed.

Hello i got a litle request here :D add a permission for group like this group can loot this chest or not cus i wan to make a chest for donaters on my server but i dont wan anyone else like players or members to acces to it tnx :D

I looked into it and it seems that it does not load with Java 6, as you have complied it to Java 7? I'm not sure if this is right, but any help would be awesome, thanks!

Neither treasurechest.del or treasurechest.delete work. Please, if you can, update this. I love the plugin but not being able to delete chests is very troublesome.

Since I installed the latest update for this plugin any new chests are forgetting their inventory. It does not appear to write the contents to file. Is there a way to force a file save?

Ok now my issue, it may have been brought up before, but when I set all the treasure chests everything works out fine, players can use them perfectly so amazing plugin, but when the server has a restart while when the TreasureChest plugin loads it says "could not load file: plugins\treasurechest\chests.yml, and then it has a whole lot or java errors which I don't understand. Anyone know why this is happening, and could someone please give me some advice on how to fix it

I had that problem before, I tried this permissions node: treasurechest.player, but it didnt do anything, so im my option dot use it. I have given my members the following permissions: treasurechest.access treasurechest.access.treasure treasurechest.access.unlimited treasurechest.count

Make sure you also add the access.tresure and access.unlimited then though you have the treasurechest.access permissions, and it should work fine

Here's the code that is responsible for "protecting treasure chests".

I have no idea why that is happening. You sure it's the TreasureChest plugin?
Is the problem gone when you uninstall the plugin?

Breaking is denied, when the Block is an InventoryHolder... and when there is a TreasureChest in the file, for that location.
It doesn't make sense that this only happens with bewing stands. Is it only brewing stands?

you closed the ticket about the chest $$$ value, but I don't see any comments, updates here, or updates on github.

For some reason i can't break brewing stands even when they are NOT a treasurechest. Any suggestions? This is really causing some problems on my server...

KBK,

do your users have the permission node: - tresurechest.access.treasure

Also make sure your using 7.1

If the answer is yes and yes then please make sure to reply with the permission system your using.

I can tell you that there is an inheritance bug currently. So make sure you retest with assigning the specific group the user has that is unable to open with.

For example. If you have guest and player and only assigned the perm to guest then your guest will work and player may not work. Please re-test with the perm assigned to player as well.
