This update allows you to have much more pipes in your world without lag.

With the command /tptps you can access the "Ticks per second" of the Transport-Pipes Thread, the time in milliseconds 1 tick takes and the amount of pipes and items in each world.

Also the recipe of the "Wrench item" has changed:
You can craft it with a stick in the middle and 4 redstone around it.
