Detector Rails fail to work #221

    When a Traincart goes across a detector rail, it emits no redstone signal.

    My expected output was linked from a detector rail to a command block which broadcasts that a new train has entered service on a specific line. I have not been receiving any of these messages and I have noticed the detector rail does not go into a powered state when a Traincart goes across it.

    I am using BKCommonLib 1.59 Snapshot along with Traincarts 1.73.1 Snapshot on Bukkit 1.7.9

    Normal minecarts on my server do not have the detector rail issue, but for some reason the Traincarts do.
