Train Carts Signs don't work for some ops's #204

    A few of my staff members can not create train cart signs. It never says "you've created a sign"

    We even added the permissions nodes to there file and it still did not work.

    Hi, I am new to bukkit and Trancarts. Did you find out how to fix this?
