What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Creation of player shop.
2.Break shop
3.Create shop as player and it says already have max shops.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- For the shop to be erased from server!

What version of the product are you using?

- Latest

Do you have an error log of what happened?

- No error log produced

Please provide any additional information below.

- Shops seem to be broken after breaking them to remove players have max of 5 shops on my server and they are being maxed out because of this issue with only 4 or sometimes less.

- Looked at the data file and when I went to erase it was never removed from the server.

- Temporary fix to this issue allow data file to be updated with /tcreload so we can be able to delete shops from populated servers with out kicking everyone out from /stop and the editing it.
