Added commands for better usage

/tracker give <player> <target_player> <optional name>

=> Gives a compass with an optional custom name

/tracker update <player> <target_player>

=> Updates a player's compass, does not work if the player does not have a compass

/tracker giveall <args>

=>Gives to everyone a tracker

For this command arguments are `nearestenemy`, must put it, tracks the nearest enemy

and `autoupdate`, with this argument enabled, the tracker auto updates every second for everyone
