update:
1. the main gui for TPort is now dynamic to the amount of players in the list.
2. you don't have to relog when the plugin is added to the server
3. /tport help is now a book that will open for you. this book is more detailed of how TPort works with examples and all.
 
this version is tested on 1.12/1.12.1. but I think it works on 1.11 aswell.
