What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Adding accept or deny commands. Because you already have it hooked with essentials you should add a command that allows the player the animal is being sent to to /tpaccept or /tpdeny the teleported animal.
Please provide any additional information below.
This is so that in case say, someone is playing a mini game or in a place that animals are protected from players the player can choose to deny the teleported animal. But because Admin may want to send an animal anyway there should also be a separate command for sending animals much like how /tpahere and /tpa is having the /tphere and /tp commands. I might not have explained this well enough but hopefully you get the idea.

An accept command is planned. :)

Also, regions where you cannot accept animals is another good idea.
