• Added command /townywands: A basic command that provides plugin reloading and some help.
  
• BugFixes: Fixed a bug with enchantment glow and cleaned up the code a little bit.

• Currently it saves languages with special characters in unicode (\u0074\u0065\u0073\u0074 = test) if your systems default encoding is not UTF-8.
  This may look weird but will not break your configuration, dont worry! :)
  Also your config will get pretty big if you are using the Auto-Translator, because it saves the translated data to save time & performance.

• The Auto-Translator is currently very performance-heavy on the first start (it saves the translated input), it takes up to 10 minutes per inventory to translate.
  
• The Auto-Translator API is currently limited to 10000 words/day, if this limited is exceeded it wont translate until a new day has started.
  
• The Auto-Translator cant translate color-codes so you need to enter them manually in the config after it saved the first time.

I have found no other bugs so far, if you find some, please report them to me with some logs etc.
