    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Killing Someone
    2. Message will appear with the lead guy staying in the lead
    3. EX Cat kills Bob, Cat had KDR lead Sam kill Bob Cat is in the KDR lead.  So if someone has an 8 kdr it will spam the shit out of chat.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Not spamming, spam

    .95

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Nop

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Its annoying
    MAke it so only when the leader is passed up, it gives da message.
