For smaller PVP servers, it'd be nice to broadcast a message not only on Leader change, but on any PvP death. Something like:
"Player X (x kills) killed Player Y (y kills)"
Of course this should be configurable. If you want to get fancy, you could add "Upset!" if the killer is ranked lower than the killed.

Optionally, add the way he was killed, similar to the old HeroicDeath plugin, like "with a (enchanted) diamond sword" or "with his bare hands". That's be cool, but not critical.

Hey, I have prelim version working. Am now working on making it configurable. Will you accept git pull requests? I can do that when I am done; if not, no reason to make configurable for my custom version.
