• World support added.
• Promotion messages should work correctly with dynamic permissions being set.
• Made Vault a requirement.
• Will only consider ranking a player if they are already in a group defined by the config

Since this is an Alpha version, it has received minimal testing. It does load fine on my setup without errors. The worst that will happen in most cases is that players will end up in a different rank than intended. ie. being demoted to the bottom.
