    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.set up plugin
    2.let it run
    3.have someone stay on

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    i expect it to be hourly instead its giving all awards out at once every minute

    initial release

    update

    it will work right for the first hour and then it gos and issues an reward every minute on the second hour.
