Only the broadcast to be announced once. Instead, the plugin initiates the reward repeatedly once every few minutes.

After writing the ticket, I went back to find the whole plugin was spazzing out. I was being rewarded for something another player did. I was repeatedly getting these rewards multiple times a minute.
