It's a small ticket plugin which can be used on a website too (check the website pack below). Your players will love it !
This plugin uses MCStats and the Skyupdater.
How to use it ?
The player enter /ticket <ticket here>, he press Enter and after that, all players with the permission ticket.receive onlines will have a notification. Those players can view the list of tickets with /viewticket all.

Commands
/ticket (or /ticket reload) or /tk - Send a ticket.
/viewticket <id> (or /viewticket all) or /vtk - View a ticket.
/removeticket <id> (or /removeticket all) or /rtk - Remove a ticket.
Config
Please stop your server for editing the config.
config.yml
Data - The saved data.
ReloadDelay - The delay between two plugin reloads. Enter 0 (or less) to disable it.
TicketDelay - The delay between two ticket requests.
EnableUpdater - Choose if you want to enable the updater.
mysql.yml
Use = [ true | false ] - Choose if you want to use MySQL.
Username = "Skyost" - User for your MySQL Database.
Password = "MyAwesomePassword" - Password of your MySQL Database.
Host = "localhost" - Your MySQL host. If you don't have database, you can create one for free here.
Database = "database" - Your MySQL database.
Port = 3306 - Usually, you don't have to have to anything with this option.
messages.yml
Here you can change the in-game messages.
Permissions
ticket.* : - default : false - Give access to all permissions.
ticket.send : - default : true - Permission to send a ticket.
ticket.receive : - default : op - Permission to view tickets.
ticket.remove : - default : op - Permission to clear tickets.

Posted Jun 25, 2013I second the request of rustymetal. That would be greatly helpful, as I would like to keep a history of all tickets, but not have the clutter of all those old tickets every time I try to view the new ones.

Posted Jun 10, 2013Can you add a time and open/close row so we can have a history system instead of wiping the database? clear tickets only clears those that are older then set time. GMs just close tickets? This system is only good if I can keep a history.

Posted Jun 7, 2013Maybe you can add some data like:
where the player have add the ticket (Coord) which world the player have add this ticket (for Multiverse)
And change in your plugin:
"Subject" to "Write the Subject" "Message" to "Write the Issue"
Then maybe you can add a language file to the configuration file.
This are only some ideas from me. So i hope i can help you a bit. :D

Posted Jun 2, 2013This plugin is awesome. Very happy with it, however an idea from someone who runs several servers:
Suggestion:
It would be cool if this would support multiple mc servers under a single web interface.
The plugins from both servers would write to the same db, but obviously use server id's in the config to differentiate the source of the tickets. It would also be super cool if the staff/ops could see tickets from both servers while logged into one server.
