Added config for game length, time till deathmatch, min people to start game, max people per game, and max team size. No longer requires you to stand in the middle of world to add it, just create copies of the backup world and name them world1, world2, world3, and so on. WORLD NAME REQUIRED. Added /removeplayer and /removefromque to remove people from games and ques.

Worlds do not regenerate.
