Increase timer on player join after minimum is reached #53

    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    I suggest adding additional 20 seconds to the start timer each time new people join after the start threshold, to keep interest and attract even more players.
    Also, more broadcasts could be nice, for when a game is opened. :)
