What steps will reproduce the problem?
A1.Select Position using /hg wand and the tool
A2.Run /hg create HG 3 16 1000 ===> Server Crash, After Restart when joining it just gives me timeout error (When i removed plugin, i stoped getting that error ), Also in log, there is this message "Cant load a lobby sign for arena HG"

B1:Type command: /hg Reload ===> "An internal Error occurred while attempting to perfom this command"

Plugin Version: DEV 14
Bukkit Version: 1.7.4.rev2

=====UPDATE=====
Now when i type any /hg command,
there is no response,
it wont give any output on chat or console
